Engaging live music at the pool was a highlight.
The heating in our room barely worked, making for an uncomfortable night. We alerted the receptionist, but they insisted everything was fine, which was frustrating. Additionally, the wellness area left much to be desired, feeling quite neglected and tired overall.

what a dissapointment! the beach access is a sad little path with steep stairs, not at all 5-star worthy. i also had to wait ages for service at the restaurant, only to leave due to no one even giving us a menu. incredibly, i didn’t even get an upgrade! so much for pampering!

The spa facilities need renovations.

We had an awesome time with great food and friendly staff. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the Ancient Amphitheater and the Venetian Tower. The breakfast options were solid, providing enough variety to keep us satisfied. Enjoying drinks by the pool while soaking up the sun was a highlight. The spa center was well equipped and a fun way to unwind together.
We faced some noise issues in our room due to a party happening above us. It made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay, especially during the day. Quite disappointing for a place that markets itself as a luxury experience.

Ideal for solo relaxation seekers
Had a lovely time, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The highlight was really the view from my room, I mean, a king-size bed and a Juliet balcony right over the pool was incredible, just me and the sea. I even got that therapeutic massage, it's not a lie, it was the best massage I ever had. Would recommend if you're looking for some chill time! !
Wasn't exactly broke, but not cheap either, if you get my drift.

The standard double room had a lovely sea view that made mornings incredible. I enjoyed a fantastic massage at the spa, which made my stay even more relaxing. The private beach access was well-maintained, providing the perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming. Additionally, the air conditioning worked excellently, keeping the room cool during warm days.
The restaurant service was a bit slow, leading to longer wait times for meals.

It was just a smart choice for a short-term stay in Durres with high value for money. The WiFi was pretty slow, but I loved the beach bar. they made an excellent mojito which was refreshing. If you want some quiet, avoid rooms facing the beach due to loud parties.
